IRELAND DELIVERY OPTIONS

DPD Next Business Day — €5
Order before 3PM GMT (Mon–Thurs) for next business day delivery.
Orders placed between 3PM Thursday and 3PM Friday will arrive the following Monday.
Excludes bank holidays.

Free Delivery on all Ireland orders over €150.

UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

DPD 2 Business Days — £5
No customs duty for UK orders.

Free Delivery on all UK orders over £130.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY OPTIONS

DPD Express Tracked — Price calculated at checkout
Delivery in 3+ business days.
Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Tracking details will be automatically emailed to you (or sent via SMS if provided).
If you haven’t received your tracking link, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

DELIVERY ISSUES

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven’t received your parcel, or if your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of the stated delivery time.
We’re unable to investigate or take responsibility for delivery issues reported outside this timeframe.

RETURNS

We hope you love your GRIID order — but if you need to return an item, it’s quick and easy through our online returns portal.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • All returns for exchange or refund must be initiated within 14 days of your delivery date.
  • Items must be in perfect, original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags, packaging, and extras (laces, dust bags, filler paper, etc.) included.
  • Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or odor will be sent back to the customer.
  • We do not refund original or return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured service for your return.

IRISH CUSTOMERS

Please process all returns through our Returns Portal.
Once your request has been approved, we’ll provide you with the relevant return instructions and label details.

UK CUSTOMERS

We recommend that UK customers generate a return label directly through our Returns Portal — this ensures we handle all necessary customs details and declarations for you.
If you return items independently, please ensure your carrier clearly marks the shipment as "Return to Sender" to avoid customs fees.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your returned items are received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method as soon as possible.
This process can take up to 14 days from the date you notify us of your intention to return the goods.
If you received an incorrect or faulty item, we will also reimburse the cost of return postage.
